RESOLUTION NO. 52 - 1995
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING "PROPOSED" TAX LEVY REQUIREMENTS
FOR 1996 TO THE COUNTY OF ANOKA
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute Chapter 275, Section 065 requires the City to certify
it's "proposed" tax levy requirements to the County Auditor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Fridley certify to the County
Auditor of the County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, the following "proposed" tax
levy to be levied in 1995 for the year 1996.
