RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE 1995 SERVICE CONNECTION
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September 18, 1995, the City
Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of sewer
laterals, water laterals, and service connections; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment roll
has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the Fridley Municipal Center in the City
of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on the 23rd day of October, 1995, at
7:30 o'clock p.m. to pass upon the proposed assessment for:
1995 SERVICE CONNECTION ASSESSMENT ROLL
2. The City clerk shall publish notices of the time and place of the meeting
in the official newspaper of the City a lease two (2) weeks prior to such
' meeting.

SEPTEMBER, 1995.
