IRESOLUTION NO. 90 - 1995
RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION FOR A NINNSSOTA
LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT TO SPRING LAKE PARK
LIONS
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has been served with a copy of a Premises Permit
Application for a Minnesota Lawful Gambling Premise Permit for Spring Lake Park
Lions; and
WHEREAS, the location of the Premises Permit is for Longhorn Grill 6 Bar, 7850
University Avenue Northeast; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has not found any reason to restrict the location
for the charitable gambling operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Fridley
approves the Minnesota Lawful Gambling Premises Permit to Spring Lake Park
Lions.
