RESOLUTION NO. 94 - 1995
RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A STORM WATER DRAINAGE RATE
CHANGE
WHEREAS, Section 216.04 of the City code provides that the City Council shall
have the authority to set the storm water drainage fee by resolution, and
WHEREAS, the City has not increased this rate since 1985, and
WHEREAS, the City has indicated a desire to provide for proper maintenance and
improvements to the storm water drainage system, and
WHEREAS, both the maintenance and improvements have been outlined in the
City's Budget and Capital Improvement Program, and
WHEREAS, the new rate is to be effective with the January, 1996 billing.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the storm water drainage rate for all
customers shall be $8.40 per quarter per REF -acre
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 11TH DAY OF
DECEMBER. 1995.
