On Monday evening, staff (meaning myself, Rick Pribyl, Jim Erickson and Lisa McConnell) will
be prepared to address the topics on the attached outline. Since we have not had much
preparation time, I am attaching only the outline of topics to be discussed. Our presentation will
include the demo discs for the complaint tracking software.
