A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CHANGE IN MILEAGE
REIMBURSEMENT RATES FOR THE 2003 CALENDAR YEAR
WHEREAS, there has been a mileage rate change in the Internal Revenue Service guidelines;
WHEREAS, the Internal Revenue Service has decreased the standard mileage rate to $0.36 cents
per mile for 2003; and
WHEREAS, an adjustment of the standard mileage rate for the City of Fridley is warranted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley that the
following change be authorized for employees of the City of Fridley, effective January 6, 2003.
1. Standard Mileage Rate decreased to $0.36 per mile.
