RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTNERSHIP CONTRACT WITH THE STATE
OF MINNESOTA FOR TRANSPORTATION RELATED TECHNICAL
SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Fridley enters into an agreement with the State of Minnesota,
Department of Transportation, for the following purposes, to wit:
To request that the State perform certain technical, transportation- related services
identified in Exhibit A, "Available Services," of the agreement. The City will
submit a brief written request for each service in accordance with the terms and
conditions set forth and contained in the Partnership Contract, a copy of which
was before the board.
BE IT RESOLVED THAT the proper City officers be and hereby are authorized to execute such
agreement and any amendments, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the
contractual obligations contained therein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS
24TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 2003.
