RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION FOR
A MINNESOTA LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT FOR
BLAINE JAYCEES (FRIDLEY CRAB HOUSE MUSIC CAFE)
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has been served with a copy of an Application for a Minnesota
Lawful Gambling Premise Permit Renewal for the Blaine Jaycees; and
WHEREAS, the location of the Premise Permit is for the Fridley Crab House Music Cafe, 6161
Highway 65 Northeast and the Lawful Gambling would become effective July 1, 2004; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has found no reason to restrict the location for the charitable
gambling operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Fridley approves the
Minnesota Lawful Gambling Premise Permit Application for the Blaine Jaycees at Fridley Crab
House Music Cafe located at 6161 Highway 65 Northeast.
