RES 2004-44 - 00013229RESOLUTION NO. 2004 -44 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE PROPOSED BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2005 WHEREAS, Chapter 7, Section 7.04 of the City Charter provides that the City Manager shall prepare an annual budget; and WHEREAS, the City Manager has prepared such document and the City Council has met several times for the purpose of discussing the budget; and WHEREAS, Chapter 275, Section 065 of Minnesota Statutes requires that the City shall hold a public hearing to adopt a budget; and WHEREAS, the City Council will hold a public hearing on December 6, 2004, before determining a final budget.
