RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR TO
SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley, Minnesota as follows:
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works, is hereby designated to serve as a Representative to
the Suburban Rate Authority, and the Assistant Public Works Director is hereby designated to
serve as Alternate Representative to the Suburban Rate Authority for the year 2005 and until their
successors are appointed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS
3RD DAY OF JANUARY, 2005.
