RES 2005-39 - 00013464RESOLUTION NO. 2005 - 39 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE PROPOSED BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2006 WHEREAS, Chapter 7, Section 7.04 of the City Charter provides that the City Manager shall prepare an annual budget; and WHEREAS, the City Manager has prepared such document and the City Council has met several times for the purpose of discussing the budget; and WHEREAS, Chapter 275, Section 065 of Minnesota Statutes requires that the City shall hold a public hearing to adopt a budget; and WHEREAS, the City Council will hold a public hearing on December 5, 2005, before determining a final budget.
