LOCAL EMERGENCY DECLARATION
WHEREAS the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, has sustained severe
losses of a major proportion, brought on by a storm that caused significant danage
WHEREAS the City of Fridley, Anoka County is a public entity within the State
of Minnesota
WHEREAS the following conditions exist in the City of Fndley, County of
Anoka as a result of ilhe disaster

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayoi of the City of
Fridley, acting on behalf of and for the people of the City of Fridley, declare that a state
of emergency exists within Fridley, with all the powers and responsibilities attending
thereto as provided by Chapter 12, Minnesota Statute, and Fridley City Charter Chapter
