RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
2005 NUISANCE ABATEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA,
AS FOLLOWS:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessable cost to the following named improvement to wit
2005 NUISANCE ABATEMENT
including all incidental expenses thereto is estimated at $4,962.57.
2. The Finance Director shall forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be specially assessed
for said improvement against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land benefited by said
improvement according to law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS
3RD DAY OF OCTOBER 2005.
