RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION FOR
A MINNESOTA LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT FOR
CLIMB THEATER
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has been served with a copy of an Application for a Minnesota
Lawful Gambling Premise Permit for the CLIMB Theater, and
WHEREAS, the location of the Premise Permit is for AMF Bowling Centers dba Maple Lanes
located at 6310 Highway 65 and will be effective from March 1, 2006 to February 28, 2008; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has found no reason to restrict the location for the charitable
gambling operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Fridley approves the
Minnesota Lawful Gambling Premise Permit Application for the CLIMB Theater at AMF Bowling
Center dba Maple Lanes located at 6310 Highway 65.
