RES 2005-68 - 00013589RESOLUTION NO. 2005 - 68 A RESOLUTION ABATING A PORTION OF THE ASSESSMENT FOR CERTAIN PROPERTIES WITHIN THE 2005 -1 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT WHEREAS, the City Council on the evening of October 24, 2005 approved the final assessment on all of the properties within the 2005 -1 Street Improvement Project; and WHEREAS, due to the magnitude of the 2005 -1 Street Improvement Project and the desire by the city to assess the properties during 2005 it was necessary to prepare the final assessment role prior to the establishment of final costs for a few properties, and WHEREAS, in order to properly assess a number of the properties in which the final costs had not been determined at the date of the final assessment hearing and resolution, the Council wishes to reduce the assessments on the following properties to fairly reflect the actual costs associated with each improved property, and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Fridley, is abating the principle amounts of the ST. 2005 -1 Street Improvement Project on the following lots: PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 21St DAY OF NOVEMBER 2005.
