RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION FOR A MINNESOTA LAWFUL
GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT FOR THE CHURCH OF THE IMMACULATE
CONCEPTION LOCATED AT THE KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS, 6831 HIGHWAY 65 NE
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has been served with a copy of a renewal application for a
Minnesota Lawful Gambling Premise Permit for the Church of the Immaculate Conception; and
WHEREAS, the location of the Premise Permit is for the Knights of Columbus, 6831 Highway 65
NE, and will be effective from July 1, 2006 to June 30, 2008; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has found no reason to restrict the location for the lawful gambling
operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Fridley approves the
Minnesota Lawful Gambling Premise Permit Renewal Application for the Church of Immaculate
Conception, located at the Knights of Columbus 6831 Highway 65 NE.
