RESOLUTION APPROVING MNDOT AGREEMENT NO.89989 FOR THE
MAINTENANCE OF THE UNIVERSITY AVENUE DECORATIVE FENCE.
Whereas, the City of Fridley HRA is funding a project to replace a portion of the University
Avenue fence on the west side between 57th Avenue NE and 61st Avenue NE, and
WHEREAS, MnDOT's approval of this replacement requires a Maintenance Agreement placing
responsibility for future maintenance of the fence due to collision, vandalism, wear, etc. on the
City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, enter into MNDOT Agreement No. 89989 to provide for maintenance of the
fence by the City as defined on said agreement.

14TH DAY OF AUGUST, 2006.
