RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND FEASIBILITY
REPORT ON THE MATTER OF CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS:
NEIGHBORHOOD STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. ST 2007 - 1
WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is deemed to be in the interest of the City of
Fridley and the property owners affected thereby, and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has prepared a Capital Improvement Plan to systematically reconstruct
streets in the City to a standard section including concrete curb and gutter, and
WHEREAS, the consulting firm of Short Elliot Hendrickson was awarded the design contract for Project
No. ST. 2007 — 1 at the June 26, 2006 City Council Meeting, such contract including the preparation of a
feasibility report and estimates of costs thereof for the improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley as follows:
1. That the feasibility report and preliminary plans are to be prepared by the City's consultant SEH
and submitted to the Public Works Director, is hereby ordered.
Street improvements, including grading, aggregate, hot -mix bituminous pavement, concrete curb
and gutter, water and sanitary sewer repairs, storm sewer system, landscaping, and other facilities
located as follows:
