RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION FOR A MINNESOTA LAWFUL
GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT APPLICATION FOR ST. PAUL FIRE FIGHTERS
LOCAL 21 BENEFIT ASSOCIATION, AT FRIDLEY GRILL LLC DBA PICKLE PARK,
LOCATED AT 7820 UNIVERSITY AVENUE NE
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has received a copy of an Application for a Minnesota Lawful
Gambling Premise Permit from St. Paul Fire Fighters Local 21 Benefit Association; and
WHEREAS, the location of the Premise Permit is for Fridley Grill LLC dba Pickle Park at 7820
University Avenue NE, Fridley, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, St. Paul Fire Fighters Local 21 Benefit Association currently holds a state lawful
gambling license, which will expire on March 31, 2008, and conducts lawful gambling at four
locations in St. Paul, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has found no reason to restrict this location for lawful gambling.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Fridley approves the
Premise Permit Application for the St. Paul Fire Fighters Local 21 Benefit Association, at Fridley
Grille LLC dba Pickle Park, located at 7820 University Avenue NE for their current license expiring
March 31, 2008.
