A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING PROPOSED TAX LEVY REQUIREMENTS FOR 2008 TO THE
COUNTY OF ANOKA
WHEREAS, Chapter Seven, Section 7.02 of the Charter of the City of Fridley, grants the City the power
to raise money by taxation pursuant to the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute Chapter 275, Section 065 requires the City to certify its proposed tax levy
requirements to the County Auditor on or before September 15; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Fridley certify to the County of Anoka, State
of Minnesota, the following proposed tax levy to be levied in 2007 for the year 2008:

CAPITAL PROJECT FUND
Capital Improvement Fund - Parks Division
AGENCY FUND
Six Cities Watershed Management Organization
MARKET VALUE BASED REFERENDUM LEVY
