A RESOLUTIN ENABLING ELECTED OFFICALS OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY TO
BE COVERED BY THE MINNESOTA WORKERS' COMPENSATION LAW AS
EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
Whereas, the law enables elected or appointed officials of the City to be covered under workers'
compensation; and
Whereas, it is the intent of the City of Fridley that the Mayor and City Councilmembers be
included as employees of the City.
Now Therefore Be It Resolved that the Mayor and City Councilmembers of the City of Fridley
be hereby covered by the Minnesota Workers' Compensation Law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 5TH
DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2007.
