RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF A RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR A MINNESOTA
LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT FOR BLAINE JAYCEES AT FRIDLEY CRAB
HOUSE MUSIC CAFE LOCATED AT 6161 HIGHWAY 65 NE
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has been served with a copy of an Application for a Minnesota Lawful
Gambling Premise Permit Renewal for the Blaine Jaycees; and
WHEREAS, the location of the Premise Permit is for the Fridley Crab House Music Cafe, 6161
Highway 65 Northeast; and
WHEREAS, the Lawful Gambling Premise Permit would be effective for two years beginning July 1,
2008 and ending June 30, 2010; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has found no reason to restrict the location for the lawful gambling
operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Fridley approves the
Minnesota Lawful Gambling Premise Permit Application for the Blaine Jaycees at Fridley Crab House
Music Cafe located at 6161 Highway 65 Northeast.
