A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DONATION ON BEHALF OF
THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 465.03 allows cities to accept grants and donations of real or
personal property for the benefit of its citizens, and
WHEREAS, said donations must be accepted via a resolution of the Council adopted by a two
thirds majority of its members.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA accepts with sincere appreciation the following donations on behalf of
its citizens:
1. Onan Homesite Portable generator series 6500, from Cummins Power Generation.
Estimated Value: $1,100.00.
