RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON THE
PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE 2009 NUISANCE ABATEMENT
WHEREAS, by resolution passed by the City Council on the 28th Day of September
2009, the Finance Director was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of
Nuisance Abatement; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Director has notified the Council that such proposed assessment
roll has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the Fridley Municipal Center in the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota on the 26th Day of October, 2009 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. to pass
upon the proposed assessment for:
2009 NUISANCE ABATEMENT
2. The Finance Director shall publish notice of the time and place of meeting in the
official newspaper of the City at least two (2) weeks prior to such meeting.
