RESOLUTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF A UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT
LYING WITHIN THE VACATED 76TH AVENUE NE, GENERALLY LOCATED AT 480
OSBORNE ROAD.
WHEREAS, this utility and drainage easement lying within the vacated 76Th Avenue no longer serves
the purpose it was originally instead to serve;
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on this matter by the Planning Commission on January 20, 2010
and the City Council on February 9, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Fridley vacate the following:
All of the Utility and Drainage Easements, as shown and dedicated on the final plat
of OSBORNE MANOR 2"D ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof,
Anoka County, Minnesota.
