RESOLUTIOIN AUTHORIZING NEW GRANT FISCAL
AGENT /ADMINISTRATION FOR MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF
PUBLIC SAFETY TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT PROJECTS
WHEREAS, THE City of Fridley Police Department entered into a grant agreement with the
Minnesota Department of Public Safety for traffic safety enforcement projects during the period
from October 1, 2010, through September 30, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota State Patrol was originally authorized to execute the grant be the
fiscal agent and administrator of said grant on behalf of the Fridley Police Department; and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota State Patrol will no longer execute the grant or be the fiscal agent
and administrator of said grant on behalf of the Fridley Police Department;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Blaine Police Department is hereby
authorized to execute the grant and be the fiscal agent and administrator of said grant on behalf
of the Fridley Police Department.
