RES 2011-57 - 14873Resolution No. 2011 - 57 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGES IN APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE 2011 BUDGET FOR JANUARY THRU OCTOBER, 2011 WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has involved itself in initiatives that provide for future charges and modifications that will allow for a better delivery of service, and WHEREAS, the City of Fridley had not incorporated these and other necessary changes into the adopted budget for 2011. It also includes the additional expense incurred regarding the July 16th, 2011 BNSF derailment response. FEMA will be reimbursing the City for these expenditures. However, we do not know when that will occur. At this point, we are funding these expenditures with fund balance and will replace the fund balance with proceeds from FEMA when received.
