A RESOLUTION ADOPTING REVISED 2011 EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN
WHEREAS, the police department has completed a thorough review of the current City of Fridley
Emergency Operations Plan as required every four years; and
WHEREAS, staff has revised the Emergency Operations Plan as needed to comply with federal and
state law and follows the guidelines of Homeland Security and Emergency Management; and
WHEREAS, The 2011 Emergency Operations Plan has been reviewed and approved by the
Minnesota Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (HSEM) and the Regional
Review Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley that the City
of Fridley Revised 2011 Emergency Operations Plans be approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 14TH
DAY OF NOVEMBER 2011.
