RESOLUTION DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES FOR THE 2012 PRIMARY AND
GENERAL ELECTIONS
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley was required to redistrict due to the 2010 Census; and
WHEREAS, the City Council adapted Ordinance No. 1294 to establish the new boundaries; and
WHEREAS, in Ward 2, precincts 4 and 5 were recombined as a result of redistricting, and
WHEREAS, the palling place in Ward 2 Precinct 2 has been changed from the Knights of Columbus Hall
located at 6831 Highway 65 to Michael Servetus Unitarian Church located at 6565 Oakley Dr NE; and
WHEREAS the City of Fridley must provide palling locations for each precinct.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley:
SECTION 1. That on the 14th day of August 2012 and the 6th day of November, 2012, there shall be a
Statewide Primary and General Election:
SECTION 2. That the palling locations in the City of Fridley for said election shall be established as
follows:

SECTION 3. That the palling location will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for the purpose of voting:
