The matter of certain

RESOLUTION NO. 7 - 1960
BE IT RESOLVED By the Council of the City of Fridley:
Sec. 1. That it appears in the interests of the City of
"ridley and the property owners affected that there
be constructed certain improvements, to -wit:
(a) Such wells, stand pipes, storage tanks, reservoirs,
and also all additional appurtenances, including
machinery and eauipment incident thereto, advisable
and necessary to provide and to furnish to the
City of Fridley and its inhabitants a full and com-
plete source and system of supply of municipal
water as may be obtained from one or -cre munici-
pal water wells located in the City of Fridley,
to�7ether with such su-only mains advisable and
necessary to carry such water into the distribution
system of the City of ridley.
Sec. 2. That Comstock A- Davis, Inc., the consulting-engineers
of the City of Fridley, are hereby authorized and
directed to draw preliminary p-lans and specificat'ons, and to
tabulate the result of their estimates of the costs of said
improvements, and to make a preliminary report of their
findings to the Council within
