A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF CORRECTED
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR STORM SEWER PROJECT S. S. # 4
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Council Of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
Section 1. It is hereby determined that the assessible
cost of construction with respect to the
following named improvement, to wit:
STORM SEWER PROJECT # 4
as previously divided and spread on assessment rolls
was in error by reason of inadvertence, oversight, and
neglect.
Section 2. The City Manager with the assistance of
Treasurer shall forthwith calculate the
proper amounts to be specially assessed for said improve-
ment against every assessible lot, piece or parcel of
land benefited by said improvement according to law.

ROLL FOR IMPROVEMENT: (SEWER AND WATER MAIN LATERALS
AND SERVICE CONNECTIONS - 1959 INCLUDING ALL INCIDENTALS,
EXPENSES THERETO IN THE SUM OF $3,343.28 )
BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota as follows:
Section 1. It is hereby determined that the assessible
cost of construction with respect to the
following named improvement to wit: Sewer and Water
Main laterals and Service Connections - 1959, including
all incidentals expenses thereto is in the sum of
$3,343.28.
' Section 2. The City Manager with the assistance of
Treasurer shall forthwith calculate the
proper amounts to be specially assessed for said im-
provement against every assessible lot, piece or parcel
of land benefited by said improvement according to law.
