RES 1960-108 - 00012826 (2)RESOLUTION NO. 107 - 1960 A RFSOL??TION OPDFRIiG IMPROVEMENT STREETS - INNSBRUCK 1 AND 2 WHEREAS, Resolution #95 -1960 of the City Council adopted the 16th day of August, 1960, set the date for hearing on the proposed improvements, as specifically noted in the 1,,otice of Hearing attached hereto for reference as Exhibit "A" (Exhibit "A" - See Publication Notices under dates of August 25th and September 1st, 1960), and WHEREAS, All of the property owners whose property is liable to be assessed with the making of these improvements (as noted in said notice) were given ten (10) days published notice of the Council Hearing through two (2) weekly publications of the re- quired notice, and the hearing, as noted in said notice. NCW, 'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows: 1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolution 495 -1960 are hereby ordered to be effected and completed as soon as reasonably possible, to -wit: a. All of the improvements as noted in the notice of hearing on the same as are noted (in Exhibit "A ") in said notice. That the work above may be consolidated with other areas as one improvement. , 2. The work to be performed under this project may be ' performed under one or more contracts as may be deemed advisable upon receipt of bids. Brunsell RESOLUTION NO. 108 - 1960 A RESOLUTION ORDERING RREI.IMINTARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND ESTIMIATES OF THE COSTS TTTEREOF: (WASHINGTON AND iFFFERsoN STREETS - 58TH TO 59TH) BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, as follows: 1. That it appears in the interest of the City and of the property owners affected that there be constructed cer- tain improvements, to -wit: a. WATER LATERALS, service connections, and appurte- nances in the following lands and along the follow- ing streets: 1. All of those streets lying within the £o1- lowing described lines bordered on the north by 59th Avenue, on the south by 58th Avenue, on the west by 7th Street, and on the east by Madison Street. b. SEWER LATERALS, service connections, and appur- tenances, in the following lands and along the following streets: 1. In the area described in paragraph a., Sub- division (1) above. That the firm of Comstock and Davis, Inc., is hereby authorized and directed to draw preliminary plans and specifi- cations and to tabulate the results of his or their estimates of the costs of said improvements, and to make a preliminary report of his or their findings to the Council not later than at their earliest convenience. That it appears in the interest of the City and of the property owners affected that there be constructed cer- tain improvements, to -wit: a. STORM SEWER and appurtenances in the following lands: 1. 64th Avenuer Northeast; "i- ackcon to Able Street, Jackson Street from Bennett Drive to Clover Place, 66th Avenue Northeast, Jackson Street to Able Street from 64th Avenue Northeast, to 200 feet north of Mississippi Street. That the firm of Comstock and Davis, Inc., is hereby author- ized and directed to draw preliminary plans and specifications and to tabulate the results of his or their estimates of the costs of said i.mnrovements, and to make a preliminary report of his or their findings to the Council not later than at their earliest convenience.
