That it appears in the interest of the City and of the property owners affected that there be constructed cer- tain improvements, to -wit: a. STORM SEWER and appurtenances in the following lands: 1. 64th Avenuer Northeast; "i- ackcon to Able Street, Jackson Street from Bennett Drive to Clover Place, 66th Avenue Northeast, Jackson Street to Able Street from 64th Avenue Northeast, to 200 feet north of Mississippi Street.
