RES 1960-13 - 00012643 (2)RESOLUTION No. 12 - 196o A RESOLUTION CRDERINiG PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFI- CAT =ON° AND FcTINA TES OF THE COSTS THEREOF: BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, as follows: ' 1. That it appears in the interest of the City and the pro- perty owners affected that there be constructed certain improvements, to -wit: a. WATER LATERALS, service connections, and appurte- nances in the following lands and along* the follow - ing streets: 1. All the streets in Parkview Oaks Addition. b. SEWER LATERALS, service connections, and appurte- nances, in the following lands and along the follow- ing streets: 1. In the area described in paragraph a., Subdivi- sion (1) above. That the firm of Comstock & Davis, Inc., is hereby authorized and directed to draw preliminary plans and specifications and to tabulate the results of his or their estimates of the costs of said improvements, and to make a preliminary report of his or their find- ings to the Council not later than at their earliest convenience. Greig CITY MANAGER - Earl ' gner RESOLUTION NO. 13 - 1960 A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE MATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS: (INNSBRUCK 1 & 2) WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is deemed to be in the interest of the City of Fridley and the property owners affected thereby. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley, as follows: 1. That this Council will meet on the First (1st) day of March 1960, at 7:30 o'clock D.M., at the City Hall in the City of Fridley for the purpose of holding a Public Hearing on the improvements noted in the Notice attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, Exhibit "A ". 2. That the area proposed to be assessed for said improve - ments and each of them as noted in said notice are all the lands and areas as noted in said notice: all of the same to be assessed proportionately according to the benefits received. 3. Brunsell RESOLUTION 110. 14 - 1960 A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE COUNTY TO WITH- HOLD LOTS 12, 13 AYD 36, BLOCK 12, SPRING - BROOK PARK ADDITION FROM PUBLIC SALE: WHEREAS, it is deemed in the best interest of the City of Fridley, that Lots 12, 13 and 36, Block 12, Springbrook Park Addition, be withheld from public sale. , NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County of Anoka is hereby requested to withhold from sale Lots 12, 13 and 36, Block 12, Springbrook Park Addition, so that these lots may be purchased by the City of Fridley. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Fridley hereby offers to purchase Lots 12, 13 and 36, Block 12, Springbrook Park Addition for the sum of twenty -five ($25.00) dollars each. THEREFORF, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on the 1st day of March, 1960, at 7:30 o'clock P,is., the City Council will meet at the City Hall in said City, and will at said time, and place hear all parties inter- ested in said improvements in whole or in part. Rainer Pass from Glacier Lane to the South Limits of the City of Fridley. 5. Moritz Drive from the South City limits of Fridley to Trollhagen Drive. 6. Trollhagen Drive from Matterhorn Drive to Moritz Drive. 7. Windemere Drive from Trollhagen Drive to Windemere Circle West. 8. 53-7 Avenue from Trollhagen Drive to Johnson Street. 9. 53 Avenue from Matterhorn Drive to Johnson Street. Water Mains and Service Connection in the following lands and along the following streets: Same area as Item A, Subdivision 1 - 9 above.
