Brunsell RESOLUTION NO. 136 -1960 A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMPNT ROLL FOR SawM AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #22 -1959 BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on the 25th day of October, 1960, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. to pass upon the proposed assessment for the following named improvements: 1. W & S Laterals and Service Connections - and Storm Sewed: S&TER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #22 -1959 2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time and glace of muting in the official newspaper of the City, at least two (2) weeks prior to such meeting. AND WATER IMPZ09Et {1711T PROJECT NO. 22 -1959 The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is now on file and open to public inspection by all persons interested in tle office of the Clerk of said City. At said hearing, the Council will consider written or oral objections to the proposed assessments for each of said improvements. The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the con- struction of sanitary sewer mairs and connection lines, water mains, and connection lines, and storm sewer mains and ccnnecting lines in the lands and streets designated in manner as follows: 1. The area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each of them is all that land benefited by said improvements or each of them and lyinP within the area bounded by the followirg lines. 1. Oak Creek Addition, Oak Creek, Plat 2, %ississippi View, Lot 36 Auditor's Sub. #77. 2. Edgeweter Gardens Addition, all; Blocks 6, 10, 12, 13, 14, and 15, Fridley Park, Great Northern Railway Right of Way, Section 15 T. 30 R 24. 3. Upland 2nd Addition, Norwood Addition, to Fridley Park, Lots 11 2, and 3, Aud. Sub. No. 59. 4. Horizon Heights Addition and Swanstrom's Court Addition. 5. Lyndale Bui =tiers Addition, 4th Addition; Burdix Park Addition, Block 9; Hamilton's Addition to Mechanicsville. 6. All of the area in the City of Fridley North of Rice Creek and East of the Great Northern Railwa;, Right of Way. Said Improvements will he assessed against the properties within the above noted areas in whole or in part proportionately to each of the lands therein contained according to the benefits received.
