RESOLUTION DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES AND ELECTION
JUDGES
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City
of Fridley, Minnesota, at a regular meeting thereof on October 18th,
1960.
SECTION 1, That on the 8th day of November, 1960, there
' shall be a City Election for the purpose of
voting on the following.
ELECTION OF:
Councilman - lst Ward
Councilman - 3rd Ward
SECTION 2, That the State and Federal election will also be
held on the 8th day of 1ovember, 1960.
SECTION 3, That the polling place for said election shall be
as follows:
Ward 1 - Precinct 1 - Woodcrest School
Ward 1 - Precinct 2 - Hayes School
Ward 2 - High School
Ward 3 - City Hall
SECTION 4, That the polling place will be open from 7:00 A.M.
to 8:OC P.M.
SECTION 5, That the following people are gereby appointed
to act as judges for said election except that
the City Clerk is hereby authorized to appoint qualified substitutes
' in cases of conflict of interest as set forth in Chapter 4, Section
4.05 of the City Charter.

RESOLUTION NO. 143 - 1960
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CERTPiIN DELINQUENT WATER AND SEWER CHARGES
TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR FCR COLLECTION WITH THE 1960 TAXES.
WHEREAS, certain water and sewer charges for the City of Fridley
are delinquent in payment,
AND, WHEREAS, Section 7 of Ordinance Number 113 and Section 1.02
of the City Charter provides for certifying delinquent charges to the
County Auditor for collection with the taxes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to certify the following charges to the County
Auditor for collection with 1960 Taxes due and payable in the year
19611 to wit,
All those noted in Schedule "A" attached hereto and made a
part hereof by reference.

by the City Council, City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota.
