A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, AND ESTIMATES OF THE
COSTS _'THEREOF: (SW 30)
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, as
f oll ows :
1. That it appears in the interest of the City and of the
property owners affected that there be constructed cer-
tain improvements, to -wit:
a. WATER LATERALS, service connections, and appurte-
nances in the following lands and along the follow-
ing streets:
1. 68th Avenue running west from Channel Road
to Highway #65, lateral serving the North
9$' of Lots 11t and 15, Brookview Addition
and Lots 5, 6 & 7, Valley View Manor.
b. SF7JER LATERALS, service connections, and appur-
tenances, in the following lands and along the
following streets:
1. In the area described in paragraph a., Sub-
division (1) above.
That the firm of Comstock and Davis, Inc., is hereby
authorized and directed to draw preliminary plans and specifi-
cations and to tabulate the results of his or their estimates
of the costs of said improvements, and to make a preliminary
report of his or their findings to the Council not later than
at their earliest convenience.
