A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE PRELIMINARY REPORT AND CALLING A
P[?BLIC HEARING ON THE MATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN
IMPROVEMENTS: STORM SFWER INTERCEPTOR - NORTH OF RICE CREEK
WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is deemed
to be in the interest of the City of- Fridley and the property own-
ers affected thereby.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
as follows:
1. That the preliminary report submitted by Comstock and
Davis, Inc., Consulting Engineers, is hereby received
and accepted.
2. That this Council will meet on the 3rd day of May 1960,
at 7:30 o'clock P.M. at the City Hall in the City of
Fridley for the purpose of holding a Public Hearing
on the improvements noted in the Notice attached here-
to and made a part thereof by reference, Exhibit "A ".
3. That the area proposed to be assessed for said im-
provements and each of them as noted in said notice
are all the lands and areas as noted in said notice:
all of the same to be assessed proportionately ac-
cording to the benefits received.
4. That the City Manager is authorized and directed to
give notice of such public hearing by publishing a
notice thereof in the official newspaper of the City
of Fridley according to law, such notice to be sub-
stantially in the form and substance of the notice
attached hereto as Exhibit "A ".

RESOLUTION N0. 44 - 1960
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELLMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
AND ESTIMATES OF THE COSTS THEREOF
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, as
follows:
1. That it appears in the interest of the City and of the
property owners affected that there be constructed cer-
tain improvements, to -wit:
a. STREET IMPROVEMENTS, including stabilized base,
grading, graveling, blacktopping, asphalt curb
and gutter, 40 feet wide, Fillmore Street North-
east, southerly from T. H. #100 to 53rd Avenue
and 532 Avenue Northeast between Fillmore and
Johnson Street.
That the Engineer or Director of Public Works is hereby
authorized and directed to draw preliminary plans and speci-
fications and to tabulate the results of his or their esti-
mates of the costs of said improvements, and to make a prelimi-
nary report of his or their findings to the Council not later
than at their earliest convenience.

RESOLUTION NO. 45 - 1960
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
AND ESTIMATES OF THE COSTS THEREOF: LYNDALE - 6TH
BE IT RESOLVED, -by the Council of the City of Fridley, as
follows:
1. That it appears in the interest of the City and of
the property owners affected that there be construct-
ed certain improvements, to -wit:
a. STREET IMPROVFKIENTS, including stabilized base,
grading, graveling, blacktopping, asphalt curb
and gutter in Lyndale Builders 6th Addition.
All those streets lying within the following
described lines bordered on the west by High-
way #65, on the north by Parkview Heights Addi-
tion, Block 3, on the east by Park-view Oaks 1st
Addition and on the south by Lot 3, Auditor's
Subdivision #25.
That the Engineer or Director of Public Works is hereby
authorized and directed to draw preliminary plans and specifi-
cations and to tabulate the results of his or their estimates
of the costs of said improvements, and to make a preliminary
report of his or their findings to the Council not later than
at their earliest convenience.
