A RESOLUTION RECPT_VIP10 THE PRELIMINARY REPORT AND CALLING
A P1IBLIC HEARING ON THE MATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF
CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS: (STREET SURFACING - 1960)
WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is
deemed to be in the interest of the City of Fridley and the
property owners affected thereby:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Frid-
ley, as follows:
1. That the preliminary report submitted by the Engi-
neering - Public Works Department, is hereby receiv-
ed and accepted.
2. That the Council will meet on the 2nd day of August
1960, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. at the City Hall in the
City of Fridley for the purpose of holding a Public
Hearing on the improvements noted in the Notice at-
tached hereto and made a part thereof by reference,
Exhibit "A ". (Exhibit "A" - see Publication Notices
under dates of July 21st and July 28th, 1960).
3. That the area proposed to be assessed for said im-
provements and each of them as noted in said notice
are all the lands and areas as noted in said notice;
all of the same to be assessed proportionately ac-
cording to the benefits received.
4. That the City Manager is authorized and directed to
give notice of such public hearing by publishing a
' notice thereof in the official newspaper of the City
of Fridley according to law, such notice to be sub-
stantially in the form and substance of the notice
attached hereto as Exhibit "A ".
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, THIS
19TH DAY OF JULY, 1960.

A RESOLUTION ORDERING MELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
AND ESTIMATES OF THE COSTS THEREOF: (SHERIDAN PLAT)
' BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, as
follows:
1. That it appears in the interest of the City and the
property owners affected that there be constructed
certain improvements, to -wit:
a. WATER LATERALS, service connections, and appur-
tenances in the following lands and along the
following streets:

NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
14FEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, has deemed it necessary and expedient that the improvements
hereinafter described be made.
NOW, THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on the 2nd day of August,
19602 at 7:30 o'clock P.M., The City Council will meet at the City Hall
in said City, and will at said time, and place hear all parties interested
in said improvements in whole or in part. ,
The general nature of the improvements is the construction ( in the
lands and streets noted below) of the following improvements, to -wit:

Council all under the followinP authority, to -sit: Minnesota Laws 1953,
Chanter 398 and laws amendatory thereof, and in conformity with the
City Charter.
