RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 1960
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND
ESTIMATES OF THE COSTS THEREOF (RICKARD ROAD AND ALDEN WAY - W & S)
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, as
follows:
1. That it appears in the interest of the City and of the
property owners affected that there be constructed certain
improvements, to -wit:
a. WATER LATERALS, service connections, and appurtenances
in the following lands and along the following streets:
1. All those streets lying within the following des-
cribed lines: Bordered on the north by old 76th
' Way N.E., and on the south by Alden Way and on
the east by East River Road N.E., and on the
west by Mississippi River.
b. SEWER LATERALS, service connections, and appurte-
nances, in the following lands and along the follow-
ing streets:
1. In the area described in Paragraph a.,- Subdivi-
sion (1) above.
That the firm of Comstock & Davis, Inc., is hereby authorized
and directed to draw preliminary plans and specifications and to
tabulate the results of his or their estimates of the costs of said
improvements, and to make a preliminary report of his or their find-
in-as to the Council not later than at their earliest convenience.
