The City Clerk is hereby directed to make up and file in the office of the County Auditor of Anoka County a certified state- ment of the amount of all such unpaid assessments and the amount which will be due thereon on the 1st day of January in eahe year. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Nee, and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Greig and Councilmen Johanson, Wolke, Nee, and Sheridan and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON SAID RESOLUTION WAS DECLARED DULY PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 4TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1962. Brunsell RESOLUTION N0, 119 -1962 RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING A PORTION OF THE COST OF STORM SEWER PROJECT NO. 49 TO STORM SEWER PROJECT NO. 52 WHEREAS, There has been installed certain Storm Sewer lined along Rickard Road as a part of the Storm Sewer Project No. 49, and, WHEREAS, it is desirable to spread the cost of the above mentioned line over the same draining district as is served by Storm Sewer Project No. 52, and, WHEREAS, it is desirable to prepare only one assessment roll for the above noted improvements. NOI,T, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that expenditures in the amount of $589.80 be transferred to and be made a part of Storm Sewer Project No. 52 from Storm Sewer Project No. 49.
