RESOLUTION NO. 22 -1962
RESOLUTION RELATING TO CROSSOVER AT STATION 232 400 S.P. 0207 (T.H. 65)
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fridley has previously
approved preliminary plans for a crossover at Station 232+00, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fridley and the State
Highway Department have approved a State Aid Crossing at M.S.A.
Street 307, at or near 73rd Avenue Northeast, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fridley believes that
the crossover at Station 232 +00 is more important to the City's
best interests than the present crossover at Station 225 +65,
NC,Wp THEREFCRE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City
of Fridley:
1. That the State Highway Department of Minnesota provide
on any future plans for T.H. 65, the crossover at M.S.A.
307, and the deletion of the present crossover at 732
Avenue Northeast at such time as the proposed M.S.A. 307
is constructed.
2. That the State Highway Department of Minnesota begin
Construction at the earliest moment of the crossover at
Station 232 +00.
3. That the State Highway Department of Minnesota remove
the crossover at Station 225465, but not the access to
T.H. 65 at that point, if in its judgment the State
Highway Department feels that said crossover at Station
225 +65 must be removed in order to permit construction
of the crossover at Station 232 +00.

FRIDLEY THIS 2nd DAY OF APRIL, 1962.
