RESOLUTION NO. 132 -1962
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
IMPROVEMENT FOR WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 50
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessible cost
of construction with respect to the following named
improvement to -wit:
A. Water and Sewer Improvement Project No. 50
including all incidental expenses thereto
is estimated at $27,451.85.
2. The City Manager with the assistance of the City
Clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amounts
to be specially assessed for said improvement
against every assessible lot, piece or parcel of
land benefited by said improvement according to
law.

RESOLUTION NO. 133 -1962
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 60
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September
10, 1962, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
assessment of the cost of Water and Sewer Improvement Project
No. 50.
AND WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such
proposed assessment roll has been completed and filed in his
office for public inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FRIDLEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in
the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on
the 1st day of October, 1962, at 8:00 P.M. to
pass upon the proposed assessment for

2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time
and place of meeting in the official newspaper of
the City, at least two (2) weeks prior to such
meeting.

RESOLUTION NO. 134 -1962
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE NORTH SUBURBAN SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
TO APPLY FOR A FEDERAL GRANT FOR SEWAGE TREATMENT WORKS AND AUTH-
ORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF THE NSSSD TO
EXECUTE SUCH APPLICATION AND RELATED DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Minnesota, as follows:
This Council hereby authorizes and directs the North
Suburban Sanitary Sewer District, on behalf of this
' municipality, to apply for a federal grant for construction
of sewage treatment works pursuant to 33 U.S.C. 466 et seq.,
and the Chairman of the Board of said District is hereby
authorized and directed to execute said application and re-
lated documents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY THIS 10TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1962.

AND WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such
