BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley, Minnesota, as follows: This Council hereby authorizes and directs the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District, on behalf of this ' municipality, to apply for a federal grant for construction of sewage treatment works pursuant to 33 U.S.C. 466 et seq., and the Chairman of the Board of said District is hereby authorized and directed to execute said application and re- lated documents.
