The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Wolke, and upon vote being taken
thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Greig, Johanson,
Wolke, Nee
and the following voted against the same: NONE
WHEREUPON SAID RESOLUTION WAS DECLARED DULY PASSED AND .

RESOLUTION NO. 148 -1962
RESOLUTION OF INTENT ON FUTURE STORM SEWER ASSESSMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley, '
Minnesota, as follows:
1. That with respect to all future storm sewer and other
utility assessments imposed on the area North of Rice Creek
and East of University, that the Council review the assess-
ments previously made in order that all property be treated
equally so far as the same is legal and practical so to do.
