RES 1962-1721'79 RISOLUTION NO. 172 -1962 A RESOLUTION REQUESTING AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR THE CERTI- FICATION OF THE ASSESSMENT ROLI FOR STORM SEWER AND STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 43 AI;D STREET IMPROVFI ENT PROJECT 1960 -1 (STORM. SEWER PORTION) WHEREAS, the assessment roll has not as yet been adopted for Storm Sewer and Street Improvement Project No. 43 and Street Imp - rovement Project 1960 -1 (Storm Sewer Portion), and, WHEREAS, several meetings have been held to determine the method of distributing the costs of the above improvement projects, and, WHEREAS, a final meeting will be held on October, 10, 1962, to determine the method of distributing the cost of the above two projects, and, WHEREAS, the City will complete the roll and certify it to the County of Anoka as soon thereafter as possible. NOW, THMEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, that the Council of the City of Fridley hereby requests an extension of time for the certification of the assessment roll for the above two improvement projects and that the City Clerk be dir- ected to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Anoka County Auditor. Brunsell RESOLUT -ON NO. 173 -1962 A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT FOR STORM SEWER AND STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #43 BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Fridley, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The City Clerk has with the assistance of the Engineers heretofore selected by this Council for such purpose, cal- culated the proper amounts to be specially assessed for the STORM SEWER AND STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #43 In said City against every assessible lot, piece or parcel ' of land in accordance with the provisions of law, and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk tabulated statements in duplicate showing the proper description of each and every lot, piece or parcel of land to be specially assessed and the amount calculated against the same. 2. Notice has been duly published as required by law that this Council would meet in regular session at this time and place to pass upon the proposed assessment. 3. Said proposed assessment has at all times since its filing been open to inspection and copying by all persons interested, and an opportunity has been given to all. interested persons to present their objections, if any, to such proposed assess- ment or to any item, thereof, and no objections have been filed; except
