RESOLUTION MAKING TRANSFER OF CERTAIN FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously authorized certain expen-
ditures for Improvement Projects W -34 and 1960 Street, and,
WHEREAS, bonds have been issued and sold in the amount of S1,460,000.00
for the above voted improvement projects, and
WHEREAS, there will be sufficient money on hand in the Improvement Bonds
of 1961 Fund, the Sinking Fund for the above improvement projects, to
meet the bond requirements.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley,
meeting at a regular session on the 6th day of August, 1962, that there
be transferred from the operating accounts of the Public Utility Fund,
to Improvement Bonds of 1961 Fund, the amount of $45,000.00,
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 6TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1962,
