RESOLUTION NO. 77 -1962
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING
OF CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to
certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied againsU the following described parcel,

RESOLUTION NO. 78 -1962
RESOLUTION MAKING TRANSFER OF CERTAIN FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously authorized certain expenditures
for Sewer and Water Improvement Projects No. SW -15, SW -16, S &SS -24, and
SW -26, and
WHEREAS, bonds have been issued and sold in the amount of $1,603,000.00
for the above noted improvement projects, and
WHEREAS, there will be insufficient money on hand in the Improvement Bonds
of 1960 Fund, the Sinking gund for the above improvement projects, to
meet the Bond requirements.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley,
meeting at a regular session on the 6th day of August, 1962, that there
be transferred from the operating accounts of the Public Utility Fund
to Improvement Bonds of 1960 Fund, the amount of $16,000.00.
