RESOLUTION NO. 83 -1962
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND
ESTIMATES OF THE COSTS OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS ( BACK -WASH DRAIN -
FILTRATION PLANT)
BE IT RESOLVED By the Council of the City of Fridley as follows:
1. That it appears in the interests of the City and the property
owners affected that there be constructed certain improvements,
to -wit:
a.) A back -wash drain line for connection use and use with the
filtration plant of the City of Fridley.
2. That Comstock and Davis, consulting engineers are hereby author-
ized and directed to draw preliminary plans and specifications
and to tabulate the reiaults of their estimates of the costs of
said improvements and to make a preliminary report of findings to
the City Council when the same are prepared, not later than the
earliest date convenient.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 6TH_
