RESOLUTION NO. 87 -1962
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSES3MENT ROLL FOR IMPROVEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, ANOKA COUNTY,
MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS:
10 It is hereby determined that the assessable cost of construction
with respect to the following named improvement to-wit:
A. Sewer and Water Main Laterals and Service Connections -1962
Regular Special Assessment Fund, including all incidental
expenses thereto is in the sum of $71,117.81.
B. Sewer and Water Main Laterals and Service Connections -1962
SW -16, including all incidental expenses thereto is in the
sum of $1,781.03.
C. Sewer and Water Main Literals and Service Connections -1962
SW -21, including all incidental expenses thereto is in the
sum of $2,823.80.
D. Sewer and Water Main Laterals and Service Connections -1962
W -34, including all incidental expenses thereto is in the
sum of $381.93.
2. The City Manager with the assistance of the City Clerk shall
forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be specially assessed
for said improvement against every assessible lot, piece or
parcel of land benefited by said improvement according to law.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 6TH DAY
OF AUGUST, 1962.

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, as follows:
10 The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota on the 27th day of August,
1962s at 8:00 o1clock P.M. to pass upon the proposed assess-
ment for the following named improvements:
a. Water and Sewer Laterals and Service Connections - 1962
Regular Special Assessment Fund.
b. Water and Sewer Laterals and Service Connections - 1962
SW -16.
